Portable pe pipe butt fusion SHT200-2/4(A) for Construction works
This hydraulic butt fusion welding machines is able to weld pipes and fittings with material pe pipe, hdpe pipe, operation easily and suitable for any complex work condition. It consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planning tool, heating plate, support for planning tool & heating plate, and optional parts.
The milling cutter is the tool which clean and smooth the both ends of the pipes before the heating process.
The pipe ends will be heated by this heater before the welding process. The setting of the heater will be done by the thermostat on the plates. Butt welding machine PTFE-coated heating element and uniform surface temperature.

Features:
1. Milling cutter with limit switch can prevent the accidental activation.
2.The raw material of the machine frame is aluminum alloy, 45°slant design, is better to operate.

4. The machine should be operated on a dry area. The protective measures should be adopted when it's used in rain or on wet ground.

3. Replace the required fixture according to the outer diameter of the welded pipe.
